Maggie Appleton stopped setting goals; she's way happier now

Design engineer Maggie Appleton is brilliant. She's proven her ability to grow and master a skill set multiple times throughout her career, making a name for herself as an illustrator, a product designer, and beyond. But she's not worried about labels. She's not worried about... well, ANY of this stuff, really. I got the chance to sit down with her for lunch and learn why she's so dang happy, how she sets goals, and what it means to her to "be successful".
